RGP have won an award in the LABC awards Heritage category for the conversion of the listed, former MOD Wellington Barracks in Bury, Lancashire. The building was formerly the Quartermaster’s Store, when the barracks was operational and was converted into the local administration and recruiting base for the Lancashire Fusiliers.
Circle Leasing Ltd acquired the site and have successfully converted the former Quartermaster’s store and Drill Hall to prime office accommodation which fully let.
