Progress is being made at the Banbury Gateway Retail Park Site, due for completion in October 2015.
The 20m site, which occupies a prominent position fronting Junction 11 of the M40 and was formerly the home of Prodrive, is already 90% let and tenants will include: Next, River Island, Arcadia, Primark, Poundland, Fat Face, McDonalds, Eds Diner, Starbucks and an M&S outlet that will be the 5th largest in the UK.
