As part of the comprehensive redevelopment of Deepdale Retail Park, Preston RGP have designed 6 retirement bungalows on behalf of the developer, Deepdale Co Ownership Trust, which have been handed over to Community Gateway Association, the local Registered Social Landlord, as part of their elderly person portfolio.
All of the units are designed to Housing Quality Indicator and Lifetime Homes Standards as well as to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. Two of the bungalows are fully wheelchair accessible which also incorporate wet rooms for washing facilities.
