Works have just started to construct the long-awaited completing section of Greenwich Retail Park. Following-on from the successful opening of the adjacent Sainsburys and M&S, BlackRock’s scheme has already attracted Matalan in a flagship store as well as Starbucks who will sell their wares from a high profile corner unit. Frankie and Bennys will move into a free standing unit which will also accommodate a new security suite for the park and a wildlife-friendly roof. This project will complete pedestrian links between Greenwich Shopping Park and Charlton Riverside and provide further high quality public open spaces.
