Planning and listed building consent has been approved for a mixed use retail and residential development in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa on behalf of CBRE Global Investors.
RGP were commissioned to reconfigure an existing retail unit at ground and first floors to provide a suitable environment for either retail or restaurant use, as well as residential accommodation at the second and third floors.
The project required extensive and lengthy consultation with planning and conservation officers, which after careful and meaningful negotiations lead to a successful conclusion. The project team was led by Helme and Partners assisted by RGP, DP9, Archeological Research Services and Clement Acoustics.
