RGP have been creating quality luxury homes for over 45 years.

The RGP approach delivers homes which delight their owners by working closely with them to understand their needs. The quality of space, detail and finishes are key elements in achieving full satisfaction for our clients.

Having worked at many prestigious addresses up and down the country, RGP’s team is aware of the highly personal and, sometimes, sensitive nature of this type of commission.

Examples of our work include:-

St James’s Place London
An RIBA Award-winning and listed building overlooking Green Park, with Clarence House a close neighbour, we worked with our client to refurbish the upper floors, making improvements to the environmental performance by applying modern materials behind the listed envelope.

Country Estate, Cheshire
A mainland base for a longstanding client which also provided training and stabling facilities for Olympic-standard thoroughbred horses.

Lea Hall Farm, Duke of Westminster’s Estate, Cheshire
A sensitive refurbishment of a Grade2 former farmhouse, where we redesigned the internal layouts as well as increasing the thermal efficiency of the whole structure.

Kinnaird House
A private house and cottage surrounded by 1.2 acres of informal mature garden located in the Bearsden Conservation area on the outskirts of Glasgow. A sensitive new build dwelling created 6 luxury bedrooms with a self-contained cottage annexe and a sumptuous leisure wing, incorporating a swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi

Lea Bank, Rossendale
A multi-award winning country estate providing a grouping of high-quality individual homes. This project won the International Green Apple, Gold Standard award in addition to the Daily Mail, Best Development in Lancashire and the Luxury Home category in the MEN Awards.

Northwood House
Located in the Green-Belt in Cheshire in 20 acres of grazing land Northwood House is a new build home designed in the Arts and Crafts style, to reflect the property which formerly occupied the site, with sensitive detailing to the brick chimneys and portico reminiscent of the period.

Two self-contained apartments are incorporated into the roof space, providing accommodation for family members. New master bedroom suites were designed to give everyone their own space. Existing barns are also to be converted into a leisure wing containing a swimming pool and gymnasium.

Hawkshaw, Lancashire
We have recently submitted a planning application for a development of exclusive homes of the edge of this sought-after north-Manchester village. The project will preserve some industrial heritage, while sensitively redeveloping the surrounding site, demonstrating RGP’s expertise in finding high quality solutions to challenging situations.
