Eaves Cottage Farm, including the clients barn conversion, is considered a significant heritage asset, to Preston Brough Council. The extension provides much needed living space for their growing family, including a home office.
The extension is designed to reflect a converted workshop separate from the linear Lancashire barn, with a fully glazed link, between the living area and the existing barn, which is also recessed into the ground to minimise the extensions height and impact upon the neighbouring residents
