The whole world is affected by the Covid-19 virus. At RGP we’re ensuring we protect both our customers and staff.
We have a ‘Business Continuity Plan’ in place to ensure we can still support you at this difficult time.
We are now set up for homeworking;
- We use LogMeIn to work remotely allowing colleagues to access their CAD workstations as if they were sitting at their desk. No files are transferred to the user’s home.
- Our email is cloud based and can be accessed by colleagues from any device they have access to.
- Our phone system is cloud based, with conference call facilities.
- Our project database is cloud based.
- We use Microsoft Teams as an internal messaging system.
If some of our staff become unwell due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have sufficient resilience within the company to provide additional support and cover.
RGP will continually review this evolving situation, together with the latest Government guidance and will update this article accordingly.
