Junction 9 Retail Park – Warrington

Situated in Warrington, close to junction 9 of the M62. The site is accessed from the A49 Winwick Road and the entrance/exit junction will receive further improvements to facilitate access to the park. In its entirety the retail park provides 200,000 sq.ft. of prime retail space.

The unit was divided into 3 units. The largest of the (new) additional units is for tenant Home Bargains. This sees the retailer move from their current unit at the park, into one of their largest and new flagship stores along with the addition of a new café.

Completing the building of the extra retail unit space and development of associated land, the car park works will include modification and re-alignment of the existing parking area. A new service yard, surface treatments and the installation of sprinkler water tank were also undertaken.

Plans are underway for a future phase of the scheme with additional retail/commercial space with parking at the northern end of the site.
