We’re excited to share that our residential scheme proposal in Tyldesley, Wigan has secured full planning permission!
Burberry Homes Ltd commissioned RGP Architects to design and submit the application for these 8 semi-detached homes, located about 8 miles northeast of Wigan. The site in Tyldesley is on the former Fourways Day Care Centre site at Cleworth Hall Lane. This development offers a mix of 2 to 4-bedroom homes, thoughtfully designed to complement the local character with red brick and period inspired detailing.
A key challenge for projects these days is achieving Biodiversity Net Gain, and we’re proud to have collaborated with Enzygo & Ecology Services to boost BNG on this site by an impressive 30%!
This project is a fantastic example of repurposing a brownfield site to provide modern homes that contribute positively to the area.
