RGP did the conceptual designs for the Tesco store at Accrington in Lancashire and worked with the team through to securing planning consent. We have just learnt that RPTI and WYG Planning awards declared Hyndburn Council winners ‘demonstrating best practise in development management in the delivery of excellent town centre development and conservation’. In the process the judges pronounced the design “exceptional”. Congratulations to Wan Hanafi and David Byrne for their work on this project.
