RGP have been working with Green Circle on the Allerton Manor Golf Club since 2015. In August 2020 the Stables Café and Bistro received the prestigious LABC award in the ‘Small Commercial Project Category’ for the North West region. This comprised of the conversion and extension of the Grade II former coaching house, at Allerton Manor.
The project received unanimous planning permission by Liverpool city Council for the next phase of works, comprising a new hotel and function suite, golf pavilion and driving range together with the associated course works to create a new 18 hole golf course.

After completion of Formby Hall Golf Club and Spa, Green Circle Estates and RGP turned their expertise to transforming Allerton Manor, Sherdley Park and Kirkby Golf Clubs to improve the offering to their golfing customers.
