NEXT STAGE OF THE ‘LONDON METRIC’ DEVELOPMENT OPENS

Porters Restaurant on Berkhamsted high street opened earlier this month, as part of the London Metric development, designed by RGP. The project is located on the site of a former Post Office sorting centre and incorporates the new Porter restaurant as well as M&S, Simply Food and Costa Coffee.

BANBURY GATEWAY GETS OFF TO A GREAT START

The 'Banbury Gateway' development opened in November in time for the Christmas trade. RGP specialise in retail architecture and designed the 285,000sqft Fashion Park which has the following stores: M&S, Next, Primark, Fat Face, Arcadia, River Island, New Look, Mountain Warehouse and restaurant space for Eds Diner, Costa Coffee, and McDonalds.

Sunbury Cross Shopping Centre Near Completion

Works are complete at Sunbury Cross Shopping Centre for Threadneedle Estates. The works included new shopfront fascia’s, signage, canopy soffits and external lighting together with a Costa coffee unit and conversion of the existing first floor offices to accommodate  “The Gym”.
