After celebrating our 50th anniversary last year, we’re pleased to be celebrating our 10,000th project this week.
We achieved this significant business milestone by securing an extension to Manchester’s YMCA.
Terry Ratcliffe, Chairman said ‘I’m elated not only at celebrating 50 years and 10,000 projects, but to be involved in developing the YMCA in Manchester, a charity I have supported for many years.’
We are well known for our long term involvement in the development of Out of Town Retail and Leisure projects, working for major developers and investors, including Peel Holdings, LxB Properties, Land Securities, British Land, Aldi, Prupim, La Salle, Standard Life, Blackrock Investments, Liberty Properties, Brookhouse and Hammerson, as well as many other well known names.
RGP’s first Out of Town Retail development was in 1979 at Lancaster Street, Carlisle, a building of 30,000 sq.ft for Abbeygate Securities. Other milestones were the first multi-screen cinemas in the UK for Warner Brothers at Bury and York.
We also have extensive experience in residential projects, of all types, retail, industrial, educational, and heritage projects, and have a section specialising in design and master planning.
