RGP London hosted a tour around the award winning City of London Distillery adjacent to Wrens St Brides Church, tucked away in historic Bride Lane behind Fleet Street.
Accompanied by London Metric, LxB, Stockford Anderson, Harmonix, Malcolm Hollis and Real PM, we were given an in depth masterclass into the craft of gin distilling using two polished copper stills named Clarissa and Jennifer.
Gin recipes were demonstrated the base ingredients being, ethanol, juniper and water, we were then guided through the history of gin making culminating in tasting a variety of gins from the extensive range of over 340 bottles.
