Mayor Boris Johnson has been called on to “Spearhead” modular housing projects across the capital, but this time the North is ahead of the game.
Prime Structures assisted by The Ratcliffe Groves Partnership (RGP) have been designing and delivering steel framed modular dwellings for a number of years. The latest development of 2 and 3 bedroom properties will be located in Bacup, Lancashire, where each dwelling will arrive completely finished and fitted out in 3 sections.
This type of development is extremely thermally efficient and previous Prime Structures projects have delivered a significant saving in energy bills for the occupier, when compared to traditionally constructed properties.
