Works have commenced on site to construct two terraces of restaurant and retail units at Neatscourt on the Isle of Sheppey. These works form the 3rd phase of a development by LxB Properties and are due to complete on site in June 2017.
The contract is being implemented under a design and build contract. The contractor is Jenner Contractors Ltd based in Folkestone.
