RGP have submitted a planning application on behalf of the Oddfellows Society to downsize their Bury operation.
The Oddfellows is a mutual not-for-profit friendly society, which provides social activities, care and support to their 280,000 members and the existing building is locally listed.
The current facility is too large for their needs, so the intention is to relocate the Oddfellows Hall into the flat roofed extension and refurbish the main Georgian Style building into 5 apartments and construct a pair of semi-detached 4 bedroomed dwellings in a sympathetic style as an infill development between the existing hall and the dwellings adjacent.
