The first phase of LXB’s A1 Retail Park opens in glorious sunshine. This part of the site was difficult in planning terms and demanded a more unusual design approach to convince the LPA. The completion of Phase 1 paves the way for the redevelopment of the 20 year old Biggleswade Retail Park on the other side of London Road. The first phase of the main park has now been handed over to the retailers, who are busy fitting out and set to open their doors in early June.
