Fantastic news! We first shared news of this project last year, and now we’re excited to announce that planning has been approved for Melba Swintex’s new B8 storage and distribution facility at the former Mayfield Chicks site, Ewood Bridge, Rossendale.
This brownfield site is now set to be brought back to life, supporting local industry, creating jobs, and strengthening Rossendale’s position in the manufacturing and logistics sector. The project will provide new warehouse space, improved transport links, and enhanced site infrastructure-ensuring Melba Swintex has the capacity to meet growing demand while operating efficiently.
