Prominently positioned on Blackpool Road, the development is located approximately one mile north east of Preston town centre.This existing retail park had undergone numerous extensions and touch-ups in the past, and was considered by its owners to be in need of a major face-lift. Together with a change of tenants, this drove a decision to remove existing shop front & entrance features, and update the buildings to entice an even greater number of customers to visit this prestige development.

The new elevations are dominated at high level by continuous overhanging eaves, and at low level by glazed canopies over the entrance doors, with the support structures expressed externally. Metal cladding panels are used in contrasting panels of silver and grey with low level glazed screens. The external hard landscaping was also upgraded to suit.
