“The existing refurbished golf club house / former coaching stables has exceeded its design and occupational capacity, following the extensive investment at Allerton Manor Golf Club and a new golf pavilion is required to complement the existing facilities.

The pavilion has been located adjacent the 1st tee , and 18th Green to improve the golfing experience and operational security. As the site is located in Liverpool’s Green Wedge, the pavilion is designed to be a low impact structure with a sedum roof and green walls. The golfers café, pro-shop and viewing areas are at ground floor level with changing facilities & electronic golf practice rooms located at a lowered ground floor level overlooking the adventure golf area.”
