Project Description

Hawkshaw Hall is a locally listed former farm, converted into a luxury family dwelling.

The conversion has been developed in a number of stages and the illustrations show the latest phase providing additional bedrooms and a new gym located in a new build extension designed in sympathy with the existing structures.

As part of the proposals, care was taken to preserve the existing mullioned window openings, as features in the new extension, together with the reinstatement of the former kitchen garden to give a sense of space and privacy to the new gymnasium.
