Liverpool Shopping Park is located along Edge Lane, close to the western end of the M62 motorway, the retail park is home to high profile operators such as M&S Food Hall, H&M, Nike, Greggs, Next, Smyths Toys, JD Sports, TK Maxx and PureGym.

The expansion of the Shopping Park has increased the development area which will incorporate a major refurbishment of the existing Hollywood Bowl unit alongside restaurant units for food retailers.  Two new drive-thru outlets for new tenants will further boost the food offering at the park.  To complete the development, a new unit has been added.

Completing the building of the extra retail units with development of associated land, the car park works will include modification and re-alignment of the existing parking area. A refurbished service yard with delivery vehicle access point and new pedestrian entrance will also be undertaken.

Plans are also underway for a future phase of the scheme incorporating additional retail space with parking to the southern part of the site.
