Project Description

The development site is located adjacent to Crewe Town Centre and was formally occupied by railway sidings

Due to the lack of suitable leisure facilities in the area, the brief was developed in conjunction with the local planning authority to provide a mix of uses including Bingo, Cinema and Bowling Alley together with a fast food outlet.

The Cinema is one of a number of new build facilities for an independent cinema operator
