Project Description

The project involved sensitive planning negotiations to allow any development to be considered, as the site is considered “Green Wedge” (Green belt) in Liverpool’s adopted plan, together with the Grade 2 listing of the Priory and the whole of the grounds. As such the project combined RGP’s planning; sustainability and conservation skills into the proposal.
