The Shippon is a disused barn which is to be transformed into a luxury four bedroomed family home with anciliary facilities such as cinema, games room and swimming pool.

The site sits in the Holcombe Hall Conservation Area and careful detailing has been required to ensure low impact on the local area and views. The shippon utilises local materials to ensure the proposals fit seamlessly with the local agricultural landscape.
