The tenant, eXmoor Pharma Concepts Ltd., is a leading technical and strategic consultancy specialising in cell and gene therapies (ATMPs) and biopharmaceuticals. The original industrial landlord footprint was altered to incorporate specialist tenant requirements to enable high tech offices, laboratories and GMP manufacturing, converting a modern industrial unit into a specialist Biotech facility.
