We’re pleased to announce that planning applications have been lodged for two substantial warehouse developments in Rossendale and Staffordshire. These projects support Melba Swintex with a B8 warehousing facility and a site redevelopment for Ventnor Group, designed to deliver flexible, high-quality Class B2 and B8 warehouse spaces.

Each project brought unique challenges that we embraced as opportunities for innovation. For Melba Swintex, the focus was on creating scalable storage capacity to meet growing demand while enhancing operational flow. With Ventnor Group, we tackled the complexity of a mixed-use redevelopment, balancing the need for flexibility in industrial space with considerations for sustainability and modern logistics requirements.
