Rebranding and refurbishment of The Retail and Leisure Park at Parc Tawe Swansea for Hammerson Plc are underway.
The building works are being implemented on a Design and Build basis by ISG and include; demolition of redundant kiosk units and corridors, installation of new facades, reconfiguration of retail units to suit new tenants, new restaurant units.
The project is programmed to complete on site in October 2017
