Re-imaging and alteration works to an existing multi-storey car park for Threadneedle Property investments at Sunbury Cross Shopping Centre are now complete. The 318 space carpark built in the 1960s serves the shopping centre and adjacent residential towers.
The project included new waterproof decks, structural repairs to precast concrete wall panels, new lighting, internal decoration and external paintwork and over cladding to create a new contemporary image for the shopping centre.
