Two dwellings designed and detailed by RGP have been completed by Eastern Square Properties Ltd at Corbets Tey Road in the heart of Upminster.
The homes were constructed in the 1930’s style reflecting the scale and character of the local area
The site presented a number of significant challenges, as it was a former narrow garden site and when combined with Planning Officers requirements, resulted in a wide, albeit shallow plan to ensure continuity and style of the street scene.
The finished design fits in extremely well, into the local architectural vernacular, whilst embracing all the best in modern living and construction techniques.
